Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 45)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt
  • 15 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds

Step by step

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Sprinkle shrimp with garlic powder and a little salt.
  • Wrap each shrimp in a piece of bacon and arrange on broiler pan.
  • Broil shrimp, turning occasionally, 3-4 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes until bacon is crisp and browned.
  • Serve with cocktail picks.
