- Route 87 SOUTH to exit 18 (New Paltz, Poughkeepsie). (Exit 18 is around mile marker 75 on Route 87.)
- Make a RIGHT onto Route 299 EAST.
- Follow Route 299 EAST 6 miles to the end.
- Make a RIGHT onto Route 9W SOUTH.
- Following signs for the Mid-Hudson Bridge, go roughly 2.5 miles to the Route 44/55 EAST exit.
- After the toll ($1.00), cross the bridge and remain on Route 44/55 EAST.
- Follow Route 44/55 EAST for roughly 4 miles to a RIGHT onto Raymond Boulevard, following signs for Vassar College.
- Follow Raymond Boulevard for 1 mile to the end.
- Make a LEFT at the light onto Hooker Avenue, which becomes New Hackensack Avenue.
- Follow Hooker/New Hackensack Avenue for just over 2 miles to a traffic light.
- At the traffic light, continue straight ahead onto County Route 77, Vassar Road.
- Immediately make a hard RIGHT onto Pine Tree Drive. (After Citgo gas station but before Riverside Bank.)
- At the first stop sign, make a LEFT onto Winnie Lane.
- Bear left at the bend to stay on Winnie Lane.

From the north and east (Boston)
- Route 84 WEST to exit 16N (Taconic State Parkway North).
- Follow the TSP for 10 miles to the exit for Route 55 WEST (Poughkeepsie). (Near mile marker 47.)
- Follow Route 55 WEST for about 2.5 miles to a LEFT on Titusville Road/County Route 49. (Turn is immediately before Hess gas station.)
- After 2 miles, make a LEFT onto Red Oaks Mill Road/County Route 44.
- At the fork, bear right following signs for Route 376 North.
- Make a RIGHT onto New Hackensack Road/Route 376 North and move immediately into the left lane.
- At the next light, make a hard LEFT onto Vassar Road/County Route 77.
- Immediately make a hard RIGHT onto Pine Tree Drive. (After Citgo gas station but before Riverside Bank.)
- At the first stop sign, make a LEFT onto Winnie Lane.
- Bear left at the bend to stay on Winnie Lane.

From the south and west (New Jersey)
- Route 87 NORTH to exit 17 (Route 84, Newburgh, Beacon). (Exit 17 is around mile marker 60 on Route 87.)
- Follow signs for Route 84 EAST (Beacon, Brewster).
- Merge onto Route 84 EAST (Beacon, Brewster).
- Go over the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (just after exit 10 on Route 84).
- As you go toward the toll booths after the bridge, stay to the far right. (Lane 1 or 2 if paying cash, lane 3 with E-ZPass.)
- After the toll ($1.00), immediately take exit 11 (Route 9D, Wappingers Falls, Beacon). The exit is located just past the toll booths, but before the highway narrows. (Exit 11 is around mile mark 42 on Route 84.)
- At the end of the exit ramp, make a LEFT at the light on to Route 9D NORTH, following signs for Dutchess Stadium and the VA Hospital.
- Follow Route 9D to its end (intersection with Route 9).
- Continue across Route 9 onto County Route 77, Vassar Road.
- Follow Vassar Road for roughly 3 miles. (You will pass the Red Oaks Mill fire department on your right and Vassar Road elementary school on your left.)
- Make a LEFT onto Mainetti Drive.
- Make your first RIGHT onto Winnie Lane.

From the south and east (NYC and Westchester)
- Taconic State Parkway NORTH to the exit for Route 55 WEST (Poughkeepsie). (Near mile marker 47.)
- Follow Route 55 WEST for about 2.5 miles to a LEFT on Titusville Road/County Route 49. (Turn is immediately before Hess gas station.)
- After 2 miles, make a LEFT onto Red Oaks Mill Road/County Route 44.
