blogging goes mainstream
in case there was any doubt about blogging as a legitimate new form of communication, it’s over.
i had a conversation with my manager today, and we decided that one of my new responsibilities at work is to blog about my job. as a program manager, i provide a lot of people with a lot of status. and since my program has a lot of visibility to a lot of people, blogging is an incredibly effective way to get the word out without passing around 700 e-mails daily.
the most amazing thing is that we have an entire blogging infrastructure internally, and now i’m using it to share the word.
i love my job.
